My role is to engage in curiosity and conversations with you to uncover your challenges as well as your strengths.
Feeling alone and invalidated can lead you to think that you are not "enough" or that things won't improve. Increased awareness of why you experience your thoughts, feelings and experiences as you do can lead to change, hope and an increased sense of control over your life. As change occurs most often in between sessions, I also provide various types of homework tailored to you.
