Therapeutic Focus

Collaboration between a client and therapist is paramount. You know yourself and your needs best. My role is to engage in conversations with you that can lead to positive change. As change occurs most often in between sessions, I also provide various types of homework tailored to you. 

I help individuals and couples navigate challenges with well-being including relationships, stress, mental health, trauma and addictions.

I can work with you to address your concerns through the approach(es) that are best suited for you.

I have been trained in the following: Solution Focused Therapy, Collaborative Therapy, Integrative Therapy, Cogntive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Motivational Interviewing techniques.
